    • In consideration of your partnership with More Life Meals LLC, you hereby accept all risk to changes in your health. If injury or death occurs as a result of such participation you hereby release More Life Meals LLC and its affiliates from any liability whatsoever.

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU CERTIFY YOU HAVE  HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT TO BE A RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY AND CAUSES THAT RESULT IN ILLNESS, INJURY, DEATH OR DAMAGE TO YOUR PERSON OR PROPERTY.
